Fees and Payments
Please contact me for my current rates. My initial diagnostic sessions are 90 minutes, and therapy sessions are 50-55 minutes. We will determine a schedule and frequency of meeting depending on your unique needs. I accept cash, check and major credit cards, including HSA and flex spending cards, for payment. Full payment is required on the day of service.
I am not in-network with any insurance company. If you are part of an insurance network, you may be able to request out-of-network reimbursement. I am happy to provide you with an invoice (“superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you are considering submitting to your insurance company for reimbursement, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:
- What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What is my out-of-network deductible?
Please be aware that should you choose to use your insurance benefits, you need to meet criteria for and be provided with a mental health diagnosis.

I offer in office appointments or teletherapy, and am part of PsyPact, allowing interjurisdictional practice in other states.
